USA Grants INC WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Purdue University is among 21 recipients of USDA and Department of Energy biomass research and development grants.
USA Grant INC Purdue will receive up to $1 million to develop a low-cost, high-yield process for direct production of high-energy density liquid fuel from biomass.
USDA and DOE will invest up to $181.4 million over three years in the biomass research and development, pending congressional appropriation. USA Grants INC
The projects aim to address barriers to making biomass more efficient and cost-effective.
Awbrey said that what he and other board members want is to take a close look at grant-funded programs to make sure they are achieving the goals they are intended to and to make sure those goals are something the board wants achieved. USA Grants INC
